WEST MERCIA BEAGLE CLUB - AGM Notice

 The Annual General Meeting of the WMBC will be held on Monday 1st July 2024 at 7pm. It will be a virtual meeting. Anyone wishing to attend should contact the Secretary for details. * In accordance with the Rules, the Patron, President, Vice-President, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Cup Secretary and Committee are retiring but are eligible for re-election by ballot without nomination. There is a vacancy for Chairman and Cup Steward. * All nominations for Officers or Committee to be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members to the Secretary in writing no later than 14 days prior to AGM i.e. 16th June 2024. Prospective candidates should submit their written consent to this nomination together with a short CV about themselves and their involvement in dogs. Nominees for Committee must be a fully paid up member of the WMBC. Items for the Agenda should be submitted to the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to AGM i.e. 16th June 2024.
